1. The knife hesitates or stalls when cutting.
2. The sheets cut you are not cut to the same length.
3. Cut marks or nicks appear on the cut face of the paper.
4. When damage are visible on the cutting edge of the knife.
5. While passing through the material, the blade makes a “rough” or scratching sound.

Cleaning

All blades are cleaned as stable surface is critical to ensure you get the best sharpening out of the knife.

Inspection

We thoroughly check every knife for cracks, nicks, and other signs of wear and tear. If we find the knife is too damaged or worn too far to be safely sharpened we’re able to replacement that knives or blades.

Grinding

AA Engineering 2.0 knows how to grind knives that give you a wear-resistant edge that lasts longer. Our wide variety of equipment allows us to sharpen almost anything. Only precision grinding machines are used.
