Blunt kitchen knives are dangerous

All knives will benefit from regular maintenance and sharpening. Sharpening and maintaining your knife is dependent on how often you use it and the sharpness of the knife. As soon as you notice that your knife has started slipping on your product or that it requires some effort to cut through food, it is time to give your knife some attention. In addition, we want to remind people that while it’s always wise to be mindful when using a knife, sharp knives are safer than dull knives.
